Introduction of Nyaya Dharm Sabha (NDS)

1. As a political party, Nyaya Dharm Sabha was founded on June 24, 2019.
2. A general meeting of its members was called on by its Founder Shri Arvind Ankur Ji to get the organization registered as a Political Party.
3. Nyaya Dharm Sabha is an Organization, which is free from every narrow-mindedness caused by language, area, caste, religion, group, color, sex discriminations, and it considers the Justice as the only Religion of World Human Society.
4. Nyaya Dharm Sabha has been founded to establish the Social & National Justice. It has only one purpose i.e. the Social & National welfare.
5. Its goal is to establish the True & Real Justifiable Humanity of Human, Sociality of Society, Polity of Policies, Constitutionality of Constitution and Nationality of Nation.

Justifiable Public Interest

1. Determining equal and proper Rights & Duties of People or Public & Government, is called Justice. Rights take place before Duties. It means the Duties take birth from Rights, because the person who doesn't have any Right in his life, he will not be able to perform any Duty. So we should not expect any Duty from a person without giving him Justifiable Rights. That's why Nyaya Dharm Sabha considers the Rights as the most important factor of human life before prescribing the Duties.
2. Nyaya Dharm Sabha, as a Political Party, is basically establishing the Justifiable Public Interest as follows - Human Rights, Public Rights, Democratic Rights.
3. According to the principle of Justice, there are four Human Rights - Right to earn Virtue, Right to earn Wealth, Right to earn Pleasure, Right to earn Health.
4. According to the principle of Justice, there are four Public Rights - Right to get Education, Right to get Employment, Right to get Accommodation, Right to get Protection.
5. According to the principle of Justice, there are four Democratic Rights - Right to know, Right to Review, Right to Propose, Right to Vote.

Justifiable Public Governance

1. Nyaya Dharm Sabha is establishing the Democratic Rights on top priority to enable the public to get its Public Rights and Human Rights by itself.
2. Nyaya Dharm Sabha has its own 111 Justice Proposals to achieve its Universal target to establish the Justice in Universal Society and Nation.
3. Out of 111 Justice Proposal, the 53rd Justice proposal is containing the Great Democratic System of National Governance.
4. By establishing the Great Democratic System, the public will be empowered to run its Nation as Owner.
5. This Democratic System is a Pubic Participatory Governance System which may also be called by Public as Self Governance System (Swashasan Pranali).
6. This Justifiable Governance System has been prescribed under the NDS Proposal No. 53 as Mahaloktantra (The Great Democracy).

Mahaloktantra - The Great Democracy

1. The Political Party 'Nyaya Dharm Sabha' (NDS) has proposed 111 Justice Proposals to implement the Justice in Society & Nation.
2. The 53rd Justice proposal of NDS is Mahaloktrantra i.e. Justifiable Democratic Public Self Governance System.
3. The proposal named Mahaloktantra strengthens the hands of Public and empowers the Public in the Nation.
4. Under this System, the Government Body can not do anything without Public Consent.
5. In Mahaloktantra, the Government Body and Governance System is operated by the Public Vote and by the Public Consent.
6. That's why it is called the "Self Governance System" in which the Government is controlled by the Public itself.
7. In Mahaloktantra, all three Sections and their Operations are made completely Democratic.
8. This Mahaloktantra is the real and purest form of Democracy.

3. Any Social Institution or Political Party which is ready to accept the Justice and Justifiable Democracy, they can be with us without any hesitation.
4. NDS believes in True & Real Justice. Equality and Appropriateness are the basic characteristics of Justice.
5. The trueness of Soul prescribes the Equality and the Natural Virtue prescribes the Appropriateness.
6. Equality and Appropriateness are combinedly known as Justice.
7. Equality cannot be overlooked due to Appropriateness, and Appropriateness cannot be overlooked due to Equality, as the Soul and the Nature cannot be separated from each other in the World Creation.
8. Everything in the World is a combination of Soul & Nature, Energy & Software.
9. Appropriateness can be decided by Space (Desh), Time (Kaal), Cause (Paristhiti), and Result (Parinati).
