Accommodation Duty of the

Government

1. The third Justifiable Duty of the Government is to provide the Accommodation to Public equally & properly.
2. Accommodation means House, Road, Electricity & Water Supply, Transport, Communication, Market, Sports, Park, Library and other Entertainment etc.
3. Every village requires these Accommodation Facilities equally & properly.
4. If the Government justly carries its duties, there will be no difference between Slum & City. Every Residential Area will be equally & properly prosperous.
5. The injustice between Residential Areas can only be ended by a justifiable Government which is ready to carry its duties justly.
6. No Constitution allows the Economic Injustice between two Residential Areas.
7. Social, Political & Economic Justice is the aim of the Constitution. The preamble of the Constitution prescribes these three types of Justice.
8. Therefore the Government should never overlook or defeat this Objective to implement the Justice in Society & Nation.
9. Injustice shows the wildness among Human being.
10. All the Public Accommodation facilities are compulsorily allocated by the Government justly.
11. Government should not ignore its responsibility to implement the Justice according to the Objectives of the Constitution.
12. The Principle of Justice is the fundamental base of Constitution. If this principle is being overlooked or ignored, the whole Constitution will be baseless.
13. The baseless Constitution can not do the Justice in Court of Law because the Court gives its Judgment according to the Constitution.
14. Unjust Rules & Laws can't do justice with Public.
15. The National Civilization can only be established through the Doctrine of Justice.

Governmental Efforts to provide Accommodation Services

1. The Government should allot an accommodation budget of 25% of the Fisc.
2. Online Accommodation System is to be established like Online Marketing System, Online Ticket booking for Passengers and Goods, Online Housing facilities etc.
3. All the Books, Accounts, Documents and other materials should be converted into e-formats. It will reduce the expenditure of Stationary by more than 90%. Also, it will facilitate to Work from Home.
4. Free Accommodation to all should be established. Every citizen must be provided a sufficient accommodation facility. The Right to have proper Accommodation also be legalized by the Constitution.
5. A Housing Plot of minimum 1000 to 2500 sq.ft. should compulsory be available to every citizen. Also, the construction on it should be allowed which ever may be sufficient to a family to live Average Medium Class Life.
6. The Accommodation facilities must be classified into four types - HRWS (Housing Plot & Building, Roads & Transportation, Water & Electricity Facility, Sports & Entertainment Facility).
7. After adopting the Online Accommodation System, thousands crores of rupees will be saved by the Government at Accommodation Budget.
8. Online Registration, Online Sales & Purchase, Online Ticket Booking etc will make Accommodation facilities so easy that every citizen will be able to make an approach to his/her Accommodation Facility.
9. An Internet App should be launched for implementing the Online Accommodation Facility Availing process. Every Service Providing Offices/Companies/Institutions/Departments will be allowed to make its profile and to add the applicants.
10. Cast, Gender, Colour, Community, Area, Money, Posts etc should not become any hindrance or boundation on the way to avail Accommodation Facility.
11. No Area should be deprived of the Accommodation Facilities by any of the Law, Policy, Tradition and Religion.
12. Every citizen should be allowed to have proper Accommodation facilities. All the Accommodation facilities should be allocated on the basis of per Area or per Grampanchayat.
13. The National Policy and Government should be held responsible to make sure the every citizen is justly accommodated.
