Employment Duty of the

Government

1. The second Justifiable Duty of the Government is to provide the Employment to Public.
2. Every Family needs some Employment for its livelihood.
3. For the purpose of Employment, a Family can be defined as Husband, Wife and their minor Children & Dependents.
4. Government should legally be bound to serve the Public by providing them equal & proper Resources of Employment.
5. Human being can not survive like a wild Animal. A proper Resource of Employment is extremely needed for him.
6. One of the four types of Employment Resource is to be allocated for every family according to the eligibility of the Family Head.
7. Agriculture, Commerce, Government Post and Leadership are the four types of resources for earning the livelihood.
8. The Physical, Mental, Emotional & Spiritual capabilities are required to prove the eligibility to get any one Resource from the above four.
9. Agricultural Land, Monetary Capital, Governmental Remuneration and Leadership Allowances are the prescribed Resources for the Employment which may be made available to every Adult Citizen's Family.
10. These four types of Resources are required to be prescribed to earn an average income. So that the average Economic Life Standard may be achieved by everyone.
11. This will end the chances of poverty among Public. Only those persons will suffer from poverty who will not work to earn their livelihood because the Resources to earn the Income will be available to all.
12. 'If no working, then no earning' will there be the proper circumstance in the Nation.
13. Every family will have the equal & proper chances to earn its livelihood if the Government justly carries its duties.

Governmental Efforts to provide Education Services

1. The Government should allot an employment budget of 25% of the Fisc.
2. The Online Employment System is to be established for every theoretical competitive test.
3. Only practical should be arranged at Office/Institution.
4. All the Books, Accounts, Documents and other materials should be converted into e-formats. It will reduce the expenditure of Stationary by more than 90%. Also, it will facilitate to Work from Home.
5. Free Employment to all should be established. After the age of 25 years, every citizen must be provided an employment resource according to his tested eligibility and the Right of Employment also be legalized by the Constitution.
6. Agricultural Resource should be provided to P.Q. Level Person. Agricultural Land at the rate of 5 acres per family should be made compulsory. This should be minimum Land Limit for an Agro Family. This minimum land should be long-life untransferable for any reason, to make sure the stable ownership.
7. After 25 years of the age of citizen should be declared as earning age till 75 years of age by the Law.
8. The Employment Resource must be consisted of four types - ACGL (Agricultural Job, Commercial Job, Governmental Job, and Leadership Job).
9. After adopting the Online Employment System, thousands crores of rupees will be saved by the Government at Employment Budget.
10. Online Employment Test Materials, Online Exams, Online Results will make employment process so easy that every citizen will be able to make an approach to his/her Employment.
11. An Internet App should be launched for implementing the Online Employment process. Every Office/Company/Factory/Institution will be allowed to make its profile and to add the applicants for competitive test and interview. Also, this Aap may be used to work at home.
12. Every Competitive Testing and Official Working materials should be made available online by every Office/Company/Factory/Institution free of cost.
13. A tab device with the internet connection up to a justifiable limit free of cost to every citizen should also be provided by the Government.
14. Cast, Gender, Colour, Community, Area, Money etc should not become any hindrance or boundation on the way to be employed. Only Capability will be base to be employed.
15. After completing the education and training courses, every he/she must be allowed to get an employment and according to his/her Capability.
16. PQ level Candidate will be eligible for Agricultural Employment. IQ level Candidate will be eligible for Commercial Employment, EQ level Candidate will be eligible for Government Post, SQ level Candidate will be eligible for Leadership Post.
17. No Human will be deprived of the employment by any of the Law, Policy, Tradition, and Religion, after 25 years of age.
18. At the age of 25 years, every citizen should be allowed to have an employment according to its capability. And upto the age of 75 years, every citizen should be eligible to apply for any post is to have any resource of employment. A voluntary retirement should be allowed at the age of 50 years.
19. After 75 years of age, every citizen should be a pensioner and he/she should be entitled to have equal pension.
20. During the working age of 25-75 years, every citizen got disabled caused by any accident/disease/mental disorder and any other reason, should be entitled to have justifiable shelter from the Government/Society through any Justifiable Shelter plan.
21. The National Policy and Government should be held responsible to make sure the every citizen is justly employed.
