Right to Accommodation
- Every citizen of the Nation should have Fundamental Public Right to get Accommodation Facilities like House, Roads, Drinking Water, Electricity, Postal services, Telephone and Entertainment Facilities on the basis of per Area.
- Every Residential Area must be declared as 'Gram Rastra' based on Area Limit and Population Limit. For Example - An Area or Village of maximum 1 Lac populations and around 8x8 sq.km of area span.
- Equal & appropriate Accommodation Facilities are required to be distributed to all the Village Panchayats.
- Why is there such a big difference between the development level of village and city? Because of non-availability of accommodation facilities equally and properly.
- The Accommodation Facilities should justly be made available to on the basis of per village.
- Up to the limit of useful to all, every facility should be provided free of cost by the Government and after that prescribed limit for every extra unit or amount of facility must be charged increasingly.
