Education Duty

1. The first Justifiable Duty of the Government is to provide the Education Service to the Public equally & properly.
2. The Government should constitutionally be held responsible to provide the Education & Training services to Every Resident of the Nation up to the age of 25 years.
3. Education is the basic need of Public to become a Human.
4. Without Education, no one can achieve the Knowledge, Wisdom, Virtues, Qualities and Skills.
5. Uneducated Persons cannot live the civilized life without education.
6. To live a civil life, there is a great need of Education & Training for every citizen of a Nation.
7. The Human inner-self can only be developed through Education of four subjects - Language, Mathematics, General Knowledge, Philosophy.
8. Human inner-self is four dimensional - Mind, Intelligence, Memory, Ego.
9. The Language can improve the Mind, Math can improve the Intelligence, GK can improve the Memory and Philosophy can improve and purify the Ego respectively.
10. The Government should establish all the infrastructure to educate and train the public sufficiently and justly.

Governmental Efforts to provide Education Services

1. The Government should allot an education budget of 25% of the Fisc.
2. The Online Education System is to be established for every theoretical class.
3. Only practical should be arranged at its school/training centers.
4. All the books and study materials, copies should be converted into e-formats i.e. eBooks, e-Copies etc. It will reduce the expenditure of Stationary by more than 90%. Also, it will remove the load of school bags on the backs of Students.
5. Free Education to all up to the age of 25 years of every citizen must be legalized by the Constitution.
6. Education Syllabus should be prescribed up to the age of 18 years.
7. Training Syllabus should be prescribed for the period of 5 years (Training) + 1 year (Internship) total 6 years for skill development after the educational course.
8. The first 25 years of the age of citizen should be declared as academic age by the Law.
9. The Education Syllabus must be consisted of four Subjects - LMGP (Language, Mathematics, General Knowledge, and Philosophy).
10. After adopting the online education system, thousands crores of rupees will be saved by the Government at Education Budget.
11. Online Study Materials, Online Exams, Online Results will make education so easy that every citizen will be able to make an approach to his/her Education.
12. An Internet App should be launched for implementing the online education. Every Educational Institution will be allowed to make its profile and the students' class group.
13. Every teaching and training material should be made available online to every school and every student free of cost by the government.
14. A tab device with the internet connection up to a justifiable limit free of cost to every students should also be provided by the Government.
15. Cast, Gender, Colour, Community, Area, Money, Marks etc should not become any hindrance or boundation on the way to get educated.
16. After the educational course, the training course must be started and according to the eligibility of the students, he/she get admission to a training course.
17. PQ level student will be eligible for Agro Training Course. IQ level student will be eligible for Commercial Training Course, EQ level student will be eligible for Administration Training Course, SQ level student will be eligible for Leadership Training Course.
18. No Student will be failed by any of the Law, Policy, Tradition, and Religion during this 25 years academic program.
19. First 6 years should be prescribed for Physical development, next 6 years that is up to the age of 12 years should be prescribed for Mental development, next 6 years that is up to the age of 18 should be prescribed for Emotional development and next 6 years that is up to the age of 24 should be prescribed for Spiritual development.
20. The above said Policy and Government should be held responsible to make sure the every citizen is justly educated and trained.
