Right to Review
- The second special Justifiable Right is Right to Review.
- Governing Body and Governance system are required to be reviewed by General public according to their Justifiable needs.
- If the Governing Body i.e. Legislature, Ministry, Judiciary is unable to fulfill the justifiable need of the public, their election must be reviewed and they must be recalled by the majority of Votes.
- Accordingly, the Laws, Policies, Judgments which are not felt Justifiable by the General Public after being practiced; they must be reviewed and rejected by the majority of Votes.
- The Present Governing body and Governing Laws, Policies, Judgment which are not found fit, they must be removed by public itself by using their democratic right to review.
